Hi there! My name is Mr. Williams, I'm the Outdoor Ed/Adventure Ed teacher here at Preston. I am a former student of this school and I have been lucky enough to get the opportunity to share my knowledge and experiences with students! I know through a lifetime in the outdoors what benefits our natural places can bring to children and adults alike. With our modern lifestyles and the stress they can bring, returning to nature on occasion can help heal and promote a healthy way of living.
