I am starting my 12th year at Preston Middle School and have been teaching for 18 years. I have taught 5th graders to high school juniors in my educational journey! I finally found the place I love teaching the most, 7th grade!
I have lived in Fort Collins all of my life, I was the last graduating class of the old Fort Collins High School, in 1995. (That makes me 44 right now for those of you trying to figure that out!) I received my undergraduate degree from University of Northern Colorado in 2003 in mathematics and elementary education. I followed that up with a Masters of Education in 2006 from UNC.
I have a wonderful family, my wife, Sarah, and I have two young sons, Emmett who is 7 and Graham who is 5. We also have a crazy dog and a very loud cat. We enjoy traveling and any adventures with friends and family.
