I joined Poudre School District in 1999 and became part of the Preston community in 2002. As Preston’s Tech Site Manager, I help staff and students troubleshoot and resolve issues involving our 1:1 take-home devices, classroom technology, user accounts, servers, software, websites, and the many other technical questions that arise throughout the school day. Students can find me in the Media Center, where I also assist with books and makerspaces.
I have long been passionate about technology and computer science, both professionally and as a hobbyist. I also teach Create With VR, a computer science ELO in which students explore virtual reality and create interactive experiences using Unity and coding.
I care deeply about education and creating meaningful experiences for students. I especially enjoy connecting with our middle schoolers through virtual and mixed reality, makerspace projects, gaming, flight simulation, Unity, coding, 3D printing, and the many new interests our students introduce to me.
I love Preston and am grateful to be part of such a wonderful community of students, staff, and administrators!
