I grew up in a very small town in Texas and spent the first 12 years of my career teaching in the Lone Star State. Because I'm certified in both Theatre and English, I've taught over 20 different types of classes! My favorites have been Playwriting, Science Fiction Literature, Color Guard, Advanced Acting, and English 9. My family and I moved to Colorado in 2022 to escape the Texas sun. I worked at Rocky Mountain High School for three years teaching English and Theatre before coming to Preston Middle School to teach English 7 and 8.
