About Me:

I am a Colorado native; originally from the Western Slope area, specifically Silt and New Castle, but moved to Missouri for 6 years and came back after graduating high school. This is my first year teaching and being in the Fort Collins area! I have loved music since 5th grade and stayed involved with choir and band since then. I'm excited to be teaching our students about all that music has to offer and to inspire them to be influenced by music in their future.

Education:

I graduated in December 2023 with my Bachelor of Music Education K-12 from Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction (GO MAVS!). In my undergraduate studies, I was fortunate enough to participate and lead choral and instrumental music ensembles. At CMU, I also worked as a camp counselor for the CMU Middle School Music Camp and loved every bit of it.

Interests:

Outside of school, I love taking care of plants, FaceTimeing my beagle, Orejas, and singing in professional choirs. I'm also a big coffee person so I like to try out any local coffee shops when I get the chance.
