Turkey Round Up November 21st, 2019
More than 2,500 turkeys are needed for holiday food baskets. Each year the Food Bank provides services to over 40,000 residents of Larimer County, many of them are PSD students. OUR GOAL IS 100 TURKEYS
- Bring your FROZEN turkeys to school on November 21st
- Your school’s Turkey Wrangler will meet you at the door
- AND take your donated turkey, and deliver it to the Food Bank drop-off location.

2020 Bermuda Trip
Parents and students pack up your snorkel gear and join us for an Oceanog-raphy Trip in Bermuda! We will take ten parent/student pairs to Bermuda for a week of science fun exploring the ocean environment of Bermuda while staying at the Bermuda Institute of Oceanic Sciences (BIOS) site.
Parents and students will get to participate in all activities as we learn about the history of Bermuda and experience the animals/plants found on land and in the sea. Snorkeling, kayaking, spelunking, tide pooling, exploring a beautiful island and all its scientific and historical wonders, it’s all included!

8th graders are invited to consider joining this year's trip to Washington DC.

This spring Break Preston is offering an exciting service-learning trip to Puerto Rico for 7th & 8th graders.
students will have the opportunity to work in Puerto Rico building Earthship homes, as well as helping their local
community with different projects through a 6th period service-learning enrichment. If this is an experience

Florida Field Trip
Preston is offering an amazing science field trip to Florida this Spring Break for current 7th and 8th graders. During the trip, participants will snorkel with manatees, learn how to indoor skydive, go behind the scenes for a couple of rides at Disney Land, play at universal, participate in an astronaut training program and eat lunch with an Astronaut.

How do parents/guardians complete PSD required forms for some processes involved in Student Check-In or Registration?
PSD has transitioned to electronic signatures and forms for some processes involved in student registration paperwork completed before school starts. Please click here to read the email that was sent to PSD families in regard to the information pertaining to specific registration documents that are now available electronically.
What can you expect if you are a parent of a 6th grade student or of a child new to PSD/Preston?
All 6th grade and new students to PSD/Preston MS will bring home a PSD Provided Device User Agreement at the end of the first day of school. Please click here to learn more about our PSD 1:1 Computer Laptops. If your 7th or 8th grade child attended a different PSD middle school last year, he/she will not need to pay the one-time laptop fee or sign the user agreement again.
What if you want to opt your child out of any PSD media?
Click here to access the PSD Media Opt-Out Form to complete and turn in to the main office.
How do I pay athletic participation fees and/or class fees?
PSD offers online payments for athletic participation fees, class fees, field trips, and other charges through SchoolPay. Preston parents have the option to pay fees while at Preston or in the convenience of their home through the online payment portal SchoolPay.
