The Preston School Accountability Committee (SAC) is a great opportunity for Preston parents/guardians, community members, and staff to collaborate, engage in rich discussions, advise, and make recommendations to Preston’s building leader, Amy Schmer. The SAC makes recommendations to the principal on the school priorities for spending school moneys, and assessing and prioritizing needs. In addition, the SAC discusses school progress and the school unified improvement plan. The SAC meets quarterly and one member of the Preston SAC serves as the Preston representative for the District Advisory Board. This committee is in need of several volunteers for the 2019-20 school year.
